3.Deed Of Association

4.Company Bank Account

As per MOIC Rule, Capital should be deposited to under formation bank account. So, it’s not possible to say I have this balance in my personal account and consider it as capital.
5.Final CR

After finalizing all Commercial address, deed of association, company bank account you will be able to get Final CR.
6.Investor Visa
Process 6 : Investor Visa
Opening LMRA account to apply for Investor Visa and later on staff visa.

take care for any sent back till getting approval.

payment for initial CR and get CR initial Certificate.

signing memorandum of association in front of private notary.

opening bank account for under formation company.

payment to get final Commercial Certificate.

opening LMRA Account.

applying and paying investor visa.
